Bonkoungou Distribution dément les allégations de Moustapha Sall et porte plainte
Bonkoungou Distribution (BKG) issued a press release this Thursday to re-establish the truth in the face of "false information" relayed in the press by Moustapha Sall, head of Comptoir Baila SARL. According to BKG, Sall provided a transfer order from the BNDE on April 10, 2025, claiming immediate availability of funds, without mentioning any foreign involvement. It had been agreed that two vehicles would be placed under the supervision of BKG agents pending the transfer, but the drivers designated by Sall fled with the vehicles, losing the escort. This evasion led BKG to issue a cancellation letter.
The company immediately filed complaints and reports, obtaining from the authorities an objection to the transfer and the removal of the vehicles from the territory.
However, Sall remained unreachable and did not respond to police summonses. Six months after the incident, no funds have been transferred to BKG's SGBS account, and Société Générale Senegal is being asked to confirm or deny these statements. BKG's management reaffirms its position and reserves the right to take legal action.
