Affaire du député Cheikh Bara Ndiaye: Le Comptoir Commercial Baïla apporte des précisions
Comptoir Commercial Baïla has issued a statement to address the case of two luxury vehicles reported stolen, one of which was found in the possession of MP Pastef Cheikh Bara Ndiaye. The company denounces these as "unfounded rumors" and claims to have acted within the law.
According to the press release, the two vehicles were acquired by the company through bank transfers made with partners based in France, Ivory Coast, and Turkey. The company states that the cars were registered in its name "in due form," and claims to have all the administrative and financial supporting documents (invoices, sales certificates, registration documents).
The dispute arose when BKG, after finalizing the transaction and submitting the documents, sent a cancellation letter to its banking partners. The reason given was that the initial agreed price was "too low" compared to new, more advantageous offers. For the company, this "purely commercial and opportunistic" approach cannot call into question the validity of the sale already executed.
The counter claims that the first vehicle was then transferred to a member of parliament as part of a commercial transaction. The second vehicle was seized by the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) and then handed over to the company BKG. The Comptoir Commercial Baïla states that it was properly registered in its name and states that proceedings are underway before the Dakar Commercial Court to contest this return.
The statement also states that Moustapha Sall, often cited in the media, is the legal representative of Comptoir Commercial Baïla. The company insists that it has its own management structures and independent financial partnerships, refuting any confusion on this matter.

Le premier ministre reçoit 900 millions par mois. Il le distribue comme il veut. Il avait promis de supprimer les fonds politiques mais il s'est servi plus que les anciens présidents. C'est ça la rupture !
Le recel aurait été manifeste et constaté si le prix d'achat avait tourné entre 30 et 60 millions. On aurait même pu y ajouter le blanchiment si le prix d'achat avait été jugé trop bas par rapport à la valeur réelle dudit véhicule
Le question à mille balles : est-ce que le vendeur a été payé ?
Ils défendent cheikh bara qui s’offre une voiture de 90 millions, en même temps ils ont failli envoyer waly seck à la chambre criminelle pour une voiture de 210 millions, sans oublier d’autres exemples de politiciens ayant occupé de hautes fonctions pendant des decennies. Ils peuvent insulter, traiter de voleur quelqu’un qui a un patrimoine de 500 millions tout en fermant les yeux sur la richesse de sonko et de ses milliards de caisse noire.
