Corruption de mineure à Thiaroye: Accusé de viol sur une fille de 15 ans, un vendeur invoque le consentement
A shoe seller at the Thiaroye market is currently in police custody for rape followed by pregnancy. B. Diop, 43, living in Keur Massar, is accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl, who is now three months pregnant.
A chilling case has just been revealed at the Thiaroye district police station. On Saturday, September 28, 2025, at around 1 p.m., Mrs. A. Dia spontaneously went to the police to file a complaint against her daughter's alleged attacker.
According to her statements, she had noticed in recent days a certain physical deformation in MDDiagne, her 15-year-old daughter.
Intrigued and worried, she questioned the teenager about the causes of this metamorphosis.
Repeated rapes in the store
It was then that the young girl revealed to him that she had been raped by B.Diop, about a week before the Magal, in his shop located in the Thiaroye market.
Heard in court, the victim confirmed the facts.
12-week pregnancy confirmed
Following the opening of the investigation, the police services requested a gynecological examination of the victim from the head of the Baye Talla Diop (formerly Dominique) health facility.
The conclusions of the gynecologist on duty at the health post are unequivocal: "Evolving intrauterine single-embryonic pregnancy with biometry compatible with the term of 12 weeks of amenorrhea." The teenager is therefore three months pregnant.
The suspect admits the facts but claims consent
Arrested and questioned by investigators, B. Diop ended up admitting to having had sexual relations with the minor on two occasions according to Seneweb sources.
However, he tried to downplay his actions by claiming that the girl consented because he gave her money in return.
This argument is legally untenable, since any sexual act with a person under the age of 16 is considered rape, even in cases of alleged consent. Furthermore, giving money constitutes corruption of a minor, further aggravating the charges against him.
The prosecutor's office having been informed, the accused was taken into custody at the Thiaroye district police station. The investigation is ongoing to shed full light on this case.

Si la fille n'était pas tombée enceinte, il allait continuer à abuser d'elle.
On peut se demander combien de filles dans ce quartier sont tombés dans son piège.
Ce Monsieur n'est qu'un Idiot. Avec toutes les offres qu'on rencontre sur les réseaux sociaux, il aurait dû s'attacher les services d'une prostit..., cela lui aurait évité ces déboires avec la Justice. En tout cas, il est fichu.
