Living at KM 50, the two were living their love and meeting without the knowledge of the minor's parents. Their relationship was discovered the day the girl went to spend the night at the young man's house. Going to look for her, her parents found her in MS's room

Faced with this situation, the girl stated that she had been invited by the boy, who then sexually assaulted her without her consent. Her parents took her to the health center for a consultation. Armed with a medical certificate confirming the previous loss of her hymen, the minor's parents filed a complaint with the police against MS for abduction of a minor and indecent assault.
