Diamaguène : Une Guinéenne de 10 ans violée par un Nigérien dans un bâtiment en construction
A horrific scene unfolded in the Diacksao 1 district where a 10-year-old girl was lured into a building under construction and then sexually abused by a 24-year-old man, according to Seneweb sources.
Having heard the victim's cries for help, a passerby entered the building to investigate. The eyewitness caught the suspect in the act and apprehended him.
The accused, a Nigerian national named Harou alias Djamilou, was renting the same house as the victim, who was of Guinean origin.
After the sexual assault perpetrated by her neighbor, the little girl A. Ba was taken to her biological mother who contacted the district police station of Diamaguène Sicap Mbao.
Investigators requested the services of a gynecologist. After examination, the medical certificate sent to investigators confirmed a hymenal tear in the victim, thus confirming the rape allegation.
Arrested and questioned, the suspect attempted to deny the charges, but his denials were unconvincing. The accused Nigerien national was taken into custody on suspicion of rape.
