Affaire Diodio Glow Skin : voici le verdict du tribunal pour les sept employés
Ruling in flagrante delicto, the High Court of Pikine-Guédiawaye dismissed on Wednesday the Diodio Glow Skin case opposing the company to its seven employees prosecuted for theft to the detriment of their employer.
Following the filing of his withdrawal letter, the plaintiff did not appear in court. The investigation also revealed that the amount of over 200 million CFA francs claimed as damages by Diodio on social media was deemed exaggerated.
Following the court hearings, the seven defendants were sentenced to two years in prison with a suspended sentence and are now free, according to Seneweb sources.

Serigne Fallou Guèye, 32 years old
Amadou Sarr, known as Omar, 26 years old
Alassane Patrice Badji, 35, was the first to confess and denounce his accomplices.
Diène Seck, also known as Bernard, 27 years old
Assane Touré, 32 years old
Amady Faye, 32 years old
Katim Touré, 26 years old.
As a reminder, the seven defendants were brought before the Golf-Sud district police station on charges of conspiracy and theft against their employer, before being remanded in custody by prosecutor Saliou Dicko. The manager, Mouhamed Ndiouga Fall, husband of the owner, estimated the provisional damages at 4,500,000 CFA francs during his interrogation.
