Djeddah Thiaroye Kao : fou amoureux d’une fille de 13 ans, «Alpha» devient fou de rage après le viol avorté
D. Barry can consider herself lucky to have preserved her virginity. Lured into a hotel room, the 13-year-old girl was released by her attacker, Alpha OB, when he realized she was a virgin. "[The alleged rapist] gave up and told her to take a quick shower and pack her things for the trip home," reports Les Échos, which covered the story in its Monday edition. The newspaper adds that the accused slapped and bit the girl on the shoulder after she firmly refused.
The events took place in Kaolack on Thursday, November 20th. Alpha OB and D. Barry, who live in Djeddah Thiaroye Kao (Dakar), were in transit through the city on their way to Kaffrine, where Alpha's family resides. The accused had managed to obtain permission from the complainant's mother to introduce her to his family for the purpose of marriage. According to the newspaper's account, this was merely a ruse to isolate himself and take advantage of his target, who consistently rejected his advances.
Back in Dakar, D. Barry confided in his older brother, who immediately filed a rape complaint at the Thiaroye police station. Alpha OB was arrested on December 5th at his factory producing water sachets for sale. A further complication then emerged.
Les Échos reports that Alpha OB did not have the necessary administrative authorization to conduct this activity. "Furthermore," the same source points out, "the premises were in an unsanitary condition and emitted a foul odor."
The newspaper reports that, when questioned by investigators, he unconvincingly denied the rape accusations and was unable to produce authorization to sell sachets of water. Placed in police custody, he was to be brought before the prosecutor at the Pikine court on Monday on charges of attempted rape, production and sale of food unfit for human consumption, failure to obtain authorization to manufacture and sell sachets of water, and endangering the lives of others.

On est entrain de parler d'une tentative de vi0l sur une gamine de 13 ans et les gens , et les gens n'ont rien trouver d'autres que de nous parler de d'autorisation de ventes d'eau ou de probéme de peulh !!!!
