Drame à Ndiaganiao : Un véhicule particulier heurte mortellement un garçon de 3 ans
A fatal accident occurred last Monday in the village of Guélor Sérère, located 7 km from the town of Ndiaganiao. A Citroën, license plate 2506-BB, struck a 3-year-old boy named Modou Diouf as he attempted to cross an alley. Seriously injured, the child succumbed to his injuries shortly after being taken to the Guélor Sérère health post.
After the accident, the reckless driver abandoned his vehicle and the victim at the scene and fled to avoid public outrage. He was apprehended around 4 p.m. and taken to the Ndiaganiao gendarmerie brigade. He was then brought before the Mbour prosecutor's office yesterday, Wednesday, November 12, 2025, on charges of manslaughter and hit-and-run.

Que fait un enfant de 3 ans sur la route. Il faut punir les parents qui sont responsables. Le chauffeur paie maintenant les conséquences de l'irresponsabilité des parents et de l'état qui devrait servir envers de tels parents. Oui oui les autorités doivent responsabilises les gens sur la sécurité. Menacer même. Après on dit c'est la volonté divine. Trop facile. Maintenant il y a un enfant mort. Triste tout ça
