Du projet de mariage au viol à Liberté 6 : Un chauffeur de "clando" déféré après l'accusation de sa fiancée
A clandestine transport driver, known as "clando", DF, was brought before the Dakar High Court yesterday, Thursday, for alleged rape of his 18-year-old fiancée, AD.
According to Seneweb sources close to the prosecution, AD and DF had been romantically involved for several months. Marriage plans were in the air, and the daughter had informed her mother.
But the couple fell apart on October 6, 2025. That day, around 9 a.m., housewife AD went to her boyfriend's home in Liberté 6 Extension. The two lovers had sexual intercourse. But it's on the nature of this relationship that the versions diverge radically.
DF, questioned by the Fair's police, maintains that it was consensual intercourse. He even claims that it was his girlfriend who took the initiative. "She was the one who climbed on top of me and did everything," he said during his hearing, adding that the girl then left. For her part, AD filed a rape complaint, contradicting her boyfriend's version.
A call that changes everything
The "clando" driver was stunned that same evening when a phone call from AD's mother informed him that her daughter was accusing him of raping her. Shocked, DF immediately went to the hospital where his girlfriend was.
At the end of the investigation carried out by the territorial brigade of the Fair, the evidence gathered led to the referral of the "clando" driver for rape.

c'est trop facile que l'on t'amene à la prison sur juste une accusation.
Prtan l'homme de sweet beauté à crier au complot et a brûlé le pays pour échapper à la prison.... Je n'ai mentionné aucun nom nak...
Au Sénégal, lorsqu'une fille accuse un homme de viol, il est immédiatement envoyé en prison, sans preuve ni témoin. La seule parole suffit à envoyer des personnes présumées innocentes en prison. C'est une injustice, et nous vivons tous en sursis.

Cet aspect de la justice au Sénégal mérite d'être corrigé. Mr Ousmane SONKO a faillit être victime d'un complot pourquoi pas qlq'1 d'autre.
JE NE DIS PAS QUE CE PRÉSENT CAS N'EST PAS UN VIOL MAIS SI C'ÉTAIT LE CONTRAIRE CE SERAIT UNE INJUSTICE TERRIBLE INFLIGÉE PAR LA ( JUSTICE) DU PAYS. J'ESPÈRE QUE CELA NE VA PAS FINIR POUR DEVENIR ( UNE CORRUPTION DE LA JEUNESSE. ON PEUT DIRE QU'1 JEUNE FILLE À LE DROIT DE BIEN S'HABILLER ET D'ALLER TROUVER UN HOMME CHEZ LUI DANS SA CHAMBRE ET ÉVENTUELLEMENT CRIER AU VIOL. JE LE RÉPÈTE JENE SUIS SUR DE RIEN CETTE FOIS CI MAIS BEAUCOUP D'HOMMES AUSSI SONT VICTIMES DE PIÈGES FACILS ET DIVERS. DONC LA JUSTICE DOIT FAIRE TRÈS ATTENTION POUR NE PAS ÊTRE INJUSTE.

Les accusations de viol de nos jours sont très légères. La vérité c’est que la majorité des femmes n’ont aucune valeur et trouvent normal de coucher avec n’importe qui. Elles ne font aucune restriction sur l’accès à leurs parties intimes. Diokhé sen bop dou dara ci gnom. Elles respectent plus leurs téléphones que leurs parties intimes. Quand elles sont découvertes soit suite à une grossesse ou surpris en pleins ébats, elles évoquent le maraboutage et le viol. Le pire c’est que même des femmes mariées trouvent banal de coucher avec n’importe qui.
S'il y a viol ou pas, laissons la Justice en decider.
Mais, d'apres l'article, ne s'est-elle pas violée ? Finalement ?
En tout cas, le plus sûr, c'etait de se tenir entre 2 et 3 metres de la fiancée, chez elle, non loin de sa mere.
