Fraude aux visas : Le président d’IBC, Ibrahima Badji, dément toute implication, après les révélations de Mbaye Fall
Arrested by the National Division for the Fight against Migrant Trafficking (DNLT) as part of the dismantling of a vast network specializing in embassy appointment fraud, Mbaye Fall, alias "Mr. Fall," cited the name of Ibrahima Badji, president of the International Business Conseil Invest (IBC Invest) association, during his interrogation. Mbaye Fall had accused the association's leader of issuing invitations to facilitate visa applications. This statement quickly prompted a reaction from the president of IBC Invest.
In a statement published on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Ibrahima Badji vigorously denied any involvement in this affair, denouncing "false information" damaging his image as well as that of the association.
"No illegality was noted in our procedures to facilitate participation in the IBC forum of May 31, 2025. The use of Mr. Mbaye Fall's services consisted only of a technical service to help compile files," the document states.
The press release also emphasizes that the president of the association, currently on a professional mission abroad, "is not subject to a police summons or a search."
