Grève à l’Aéroport : l'Intersyndicale de TSA clarifie sa position sur le préavis de grève
The Teranga Airport Security (TSA) Inter-Union, which includes the Suttaaas, Sytac and Satads unions, held a press conference this Monday, November 10, 2025, at the headquarters of the Confederation of Autonomous Unions (CSA), to clarify its position on the strike notice, which it describes as an “isolated initiative”.
According to their spokesperson Oumar Camara, the strike notice initiated by a group of 5 delegates out of the 18 elected representatives does not originate from the legitimate representatives of the inter-union group.
The TSA inter-union group completely distances itself from this initiative.
She also reaffirmed her commitment to social dialogue and the defense of workers' rights.
A stance taken, which aims to clarify things and avoid any confusion regarding the representativeness and intentions of the Inter-union group.
Welcoming the arrival of state structures in the company's capital, the inter-union group stressed the need to accompany this transition with concrete and sustainable social measures, including: the creation of a fifth brigade to lighten working hours, the revaluation of qualification bonuses, the introduction of automatic advancements every two years and the revaluation of the housing allowance.
The TSA inter-union group reaffirmed its commitment to social dialogue and the responsible defense of workers' rights, while ensuring the sustainability of the public airport security service.
