HLM 6 de Dakar : Il attire sur une terrasse un mineur de 11 ans et le sodomise
A woman and her son living in HLM 6 took a man to the Biscuiterie HLM district police station at around 12:30 p.m. on September 7, 2025, with the help of local residents. He is suspected of violently raping a minor aged approximately 11 in HLM 6 in Dakar.
"According to the victim's statements, while he was playing football with his friends in the street around 10 a.m., a stranger approached him and invited him to follow him to a house under construction in HLM 6 Nimzatt, under the pretext of helping him retrieve wooden props. Once on the terrace of the building, the victim reported being punched in the left eye. The attacker then allegedly forced him to undress before raping him," reads the police statement. The victim's screams alerted the wife of the owner of the house under construction, who lives on the ground floor. The latter alerted local youths who were in the parking lot, who overpowered the attacker.
An investigation is underway, while a requisition has been sent to the head doctor of the health district, Gaspard Camara, for examination of the victim.
