The Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) has dismantled a homosexual network. According to Seneweb, a group of 14 men, some of whom are HIV-positive, were brought before the public prosecutor on Friday. They are A. Lo, MS Guèye, B. Senghor, M. Sylla, B. Diallo, A. Goudiaby, M. Ba, AL Gaye, SD Mbow, M. Badiane, S. Sangharé, AS Dieng, P. Danfa, and CT Diallo. They are being prosecuted for criminal conspiracy, human trafficking as part of an organized group, pimping as part of an organized group, HIV/AIDS transmission, rape of a minor, pedophilia, acts against nature, and drug possession and use.
The group is currently in the cellar of the Dakar courthouse, awaiting the prosecutor's decision on their fate.
