"I welcome the gesture of Mr. Boucar Diouf, Director General of Social Action, on the occasion of the celebration of the International Day of Short People, at the Douta Seck Cultural Center, this October 25, 2025," magnified Talla Sylla, president of Jëf Jël.
The former ministerial advisor to President Macky Sall said: "He knelt down, pointing at me, to receive his honorary diploma from the hands of the president of the National Association of Short People, Ouleymatou Dia, known as Djamila."
