Kolda : Un boucher de 64 ans arrêté avec du Tramadol et 200 grammes de chanvre indien
The Kolda Regional Narcotics Brigade dealt a blow to the trafficking of psychotropic substances in the town of Diouraba. An individual was arrested on Sunday, January 12, 2026, at 10:00 PM, following operational intelligence indicating the existence of a drug trafficking network in the area.
The suspect, identified as D. Sané, born in 1953 in Kolda, a butcher by profession, married to three women and father of eleven children, is domiciled in Diouraba.
Following an investigation, a test purchase of five Tramadol tablets was made. The suspect was subsequently arrested in possession of 13 more Tramadol tablets. A search of his room led to the discovery of 200 grams of marijuana.
The suspect was taken into custody for illegal sale of medicines, illegal practice of pharmacy and possession of Indian hemp.
