Keur Massar : Un élève, sa copine de 14 ans, les ébats sexuels et les trois jours dans un appartement meublé
The Jaxaay district police station, under the command of Commissioner Cheikh Ndiaye, has taken two young men into custody for the abduction and rape of a minor. They are SM Ndiaye, 20 years old, a high school senior residing in the APIX housing complex, charged with abduction and rape of a minor, and M. Ndiaye, 21 years old, a student residing in Keur Massar, implicated as an accomplice in the case.
It all started with a complaint filed at the police station by Mrs. J. Cabral, who contacted the authorities regarding acts of abduction and rape committed against her niece, C. Cardoso, aged 14.
During her hearing, the woman recounted the circumstances of the case. On January 31st, the two accused, under the pretext of celebrating the birthday of young C. Cardoso, allegedly rented a furnished apartment near the Auchan supermarket in Keur Massar, where they invited the minor. Taking advantage of her aunt's absence, C. Cardoso went to the apartment. She spent three days there in the company of the two young men.
Meanwhile, back at her home, not finding her niece, J. Cabral undertakes her own investigations, which lead her to the apartment in question, where she finds C. Cardoso in the presence of the two boys.
Initially questioned by her aunt, and later interviewed by investigators, C. Cardoso gave a consistent account. She confirmed that she had been invited to the apartment by her boyfriend, SM Ndiaye, and admitted to having had only one sexual encounter with him during the three days they spent together, specifying that it was a consensual act within the context of their romantic relationship.
However, the medical certificate issued at the request of the investigators reveals old hymenal tears, according to Seneweb sources.
When questioned, SM Ndiaye admitted to having had sexual relations with C. Cardoso during the three days he spent in the apartment, while presenting himself as her boyfriend. He also stated that he had contributed 15,000 CFA francs towards the rent, an amount that his friend M. Ndiaye had also contributed.
The latter corroborated his friend's statements.
He maintains that he shared those same nights with Linda, the victim's older sister, whom he describes as his girlfriend, without providing further details. Ms. J., who states that Linda is 22 years old, indicated that she had left the family home several days prior.
The two suspects remain in police custody at the Jaxaay police station while the investigation is ongoing. They will be brought before a judge tomorrow, Friday.
