Khossanto : Une partie du village de Léfakho ravagée par une violente cellule orageuse
A powerful storm cell hit the village of Léfakho, in the commune of Khossanto, last night, causing significant material damage. According to reports collected on the spot by Seneweb, three large trees in the village were uprooted, several hut roofs were blown away, and fences were destroyed.
The village councilor, Mamadou Keïta, confirmed the extent of the damage: "Three large trees in the village fell. Fortunately, it wasn't in broad daylight. Part of the village was devastated, but thankfully, there was no loss of life."
Local authorities and residents are now working to assess the damage and consider remedial and preventive measures to deal with such climatic phenomena.
