Kounoune : La BR de Keur Massar démantèle un salon de massage proposant fellations et rapports sexuels tarifés
The research brigade of the Keur Massar gendarmerie company has just dealt a severe blow to a prostitution ring disguised as a massage parlor in Kounoune, in the Rufisque department. Four women were arrested in the act following an undercover operation, according to Seneweb sources. The case took an unexpected turn when the madam attempted to bribe the gendarmes with 50,000 FCFA.
It all started with a tip-off about a clandestine massage parlor in Kounoune that was actually being used as a brothel. In response to this information, the investigation unit deployed two agents on a surveillance and infiltration mission.
Cross-referencing information revealed that it was an establishment engaging in misleading online advertising, presenting itself under the pseudonym "Salon de Massage Plus". In reality, the employees there performed massages with masturbation, fellatio, or sexual intercourse at the request of clients, for an additional fee.
Around 4 p.m., the two undercover agents put their plan into action. After contacting the establishment by telephone, they were received by BD Diouf, alias "Bijou", who informed them that three girls were available for services priced between 15,000 and 60,000 FCFA.
Upon arrival, the agents were greeted by BD Diouf before the young women paraded completely naked. They then invited the undercover agents to undress. K. Diatta immediately offered to caress one of the agents lying on a bed for about ten minutes, while the others prepared themselves for potential clients with provocative poses.
It was at this precise moment that the gendarmes, positioned on surveillance a few meters away, forced the front door of the salon and proceeded with the arrests.
The subsequent search uncovered 20,000 FCFA, semen-stained handkerchiefs, several mobile phones, massage products and various items related to prostitution.
Following his arrest, BD Diouf attempted to bribe the gendarmes at the Keur Massar research brigade by offering them 50,000 FCFA in the hope of having the case dropped. This attempted bribery only worsened his situation.
Following the operation, the four women were taken to the Keur Massar gendarmerie headquarters. When questioned about the charges against them, they readily confessed and pleaded for leniency.
These are: BD Diouf, alias "Bijou" (27 years old), divorced and mother of one child, O. Barro (19 years old), divorced and mother of one child, K. Diouf (18 years old) and K. Diatta (19 years old).
On Friday, November 7, the four women were brought before the Rufisque High Court for pimping in a clandestine massage parlor, lack of health cards and attempted bribery for BD Diouf.
This operation is part of the policy of the Dakar gendarmerie legion, under the command of Colonel Malick Faye, aimed at strengthening the feeling of security in its area of responsibility.
