In 2025, Câbleries du Sénégal (LCS) will celebrate three decades of activity and contribution to the development and modernization of the Senegalese electricity grid. Founded in 1995, the company has gradually established itself as a key industrial player in the field of electrical grid security, in a context where counterfeit cables and non-compliant installations represent a growing danger. At a time when energy needs are increasing in the country and infrastructure is being modernized, LCS emphasizes the importance of robust local production, based on standards and certified products, expertise, and a sustainable vision.

Present in Senegal and 16 other African countries, LCS has grown around the distribution of electrical cables, capable of meeting the needs of households, buildings, and major infrastructure projects, while protecting both life and property. Its product range covers domestic and industrial low and medium voltage cables, as well as special overhead and twisted LV/MV cables.

Located on a three-hectare industrial site with 10,000 m² of buildings, LCS employs over 500 people. Its commitment to quality is demonstrated by its controls, compliance, anti-counterfeiting awareness and training programs, and its ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, which govern both quality management and environmental management. Furthermore, the cables produced are 100% recyclable.

With more than 3,000 distributors and points of sale, LCS offers a local network, serving national security and energy progress.
