Linguère : révélations sur les quinze homos en fuite
In the sprawling Linguère case involving Ndiaga Seck, 23 people have already been arrested and remanded in custody following investigations. But the case is far from over: law enforcement is still searching for at least 15 people who fled after the first wave of arrests, as well as an unidentified suspect who reportedly escaped after being caught "in the act" with one of the accused, according to Libération.
What links the wanted individuals to the case
According to the same source, these individuals are linked to what investigators describe as "a structured network, active nationwide, that establishes connections through social media." Some are reportedly on the "list of 10" mentioned by Ndiaga Seck, while others have been formally identified by individuals already arrested.
During the hearings, the newspaper reports, several suspects stated that members of the network communicated via a WhatsApp group in which "exchanges of sexual partners" took place and "giant orgies were organized between members of the group across several localities."
Moreover, the daily newspaper points out, the urgency of the investigations is heightened by a major health risk, as several active and identified members of this network have been declared "HIV/AIDS positive" after medical examinations.
As a reminder, the investigation was triggered by sexual harassment complaints against MA Lecore, alias "Baye Tama." Ndiaga Seck will be the 23rd person arrested in this sprawling case, which "has not yet revealed all its secrets," predicts Libération.
