Magal de Porokhane : La BRS de Kaolack arrête 3 dealers avec 4 kg de chanvre indien
As part of the security operations for the Magal of Porokhane, the Regional Narcotics Brigade (BRS) of Kaolack arrested three individuals this Friday at 01:10.
The operation resulted in the seizure of 4 kg of Indian hemp and two motorcycles, according to Seneweb sources.
The three suspects arrested are MD, 21 years old and working as a motorcycle taxi driver in Jakarta, residing in Wack Ngouna; CTD, a 23-year-old delivery driver also residing in Wack Ngouna; and CM, 23 years old and a baker, also residing in Wack Ngouna.
The three young men were taken into custody and will be the subject of a thorough investigation for drug trafficking. This arrest is part of the enhanced security measures implemented by law enforcement for the Magal of Porokhane, a religious event that attracts thousands of pilgrims each year.
Police authorities are continuing their vigilance to ensure the safety and peace of this important religious event.
