Mbacké : un homme de 72 ans lapidé à mort par un déficient mental
A tragedy took place on the night of September 3 in Mbacké, in the Palène district, where Sidy Ndiaye, a 72-year-old canvasser known by the nickname "Nino", was fatally attacked with stones by SM Fall, a 32-year-old individual with psychiatric disorders.
The facts
Around midnight, the Mbacké Urban Police Station's Research Brigade, alerted by a phone call, went to "Peccum Palène" after a murder report. At the scene, Commissioner Alioune Fall's men discovered the lifeless body of Sidy Ndiaye, lying on his stomach with serious head injuries. The suspect, SM Fall, was arrested at his home where he had taken refuge after his act.
Key testimony
An eyewitness, Mr. N., reported hearing a noise near standing water. In the darkness, he saw someone throwing rocks at the ground and then discovered the victim's bloodied body. He followed the suspect to his home before alerting law enforcement.
Psychiatric history
According to his mother, SM Fall was interned at the Thiaroye psychiatric hospital from July 9 to 20, 2025. Since his release, he has lived with his family, but regularly threatens his loved ones, according to testimonies collected.
Suspect's confession
Questioned by the police, SM Fall admitted the facts: "I met Sidy Ndiaye and asked him for 100 CFA francs. I grabbed his prayer beads. As he tried to flee during the night, Sidy fell to the ground, and I threw stones at him," he said, claiming to be under the influence of djinns. The victim's body was transported by firefighters to Matlaboul Fawzaini Hospital in Touba. The suspect is currently in custody at the Mbacké urban police station, and the investigation is continuing to clarify the exact circumstances of this tragedy.

à chaque crime crapuleux on ressort déficient mental, le Sénégal est surpeuplé par les déficients mentaux criminels.....déficients qui le deviennent devant la justice pour échapper à la prison.

On se focalise sur le présumé coupable qui est (nous dit-on) déficient mental donc juridiquement irresponsable.
Si la victime (paix à son âme) était un enfant de 10 ans, que ne dirait-on pas sur le fait qu’il soit dehors à une heure aussi tardive. Personnellement, je me pose la même question pour un vieux de 72 ans. À minuit, on doit dormir à cet âge. À défaut d’être au lit, on doit se mettre en lieu sûr comme rester chez soi.
