Mboro : Énième panne du forage F1, plusieurs quartiers privés d'eau
The drinking water supply remains disrupted in several districts of the Mboro commune (Tivaouane department), with water cuts caused by a new breakdown of the F1 borehole.
The hydraulic infrastructure, essential for supplying water to these localities, has once again broken down since this weekend, depriving residents of drinking water.
The outage occurred less than two weeks after the repair of technical problems that had already caused disruptions in the water supply in Mboro. The breakdown affected several neighborhoods, including Ngaye-Ngaye 1, Ngaye-Ngaye 2, Samba Laobé Ndiaye, and Médina Gounass.
The manager of the two boreholes in the municipality, El Hadji Malick Guèye, mentioned recurring malfunctions in the municipality's water supply system.
