Ndiama Pakao (Bounkiling) : Comment le partenariat communauté-collège impacte les apprentissages
The Ndiama Pakao middle school (CEM), located in the Bounkiling education and training district (IEF), stands out for its integrated management model that combines rigor and sustainability. The first pillar is administrative management focused on transparency and close collaboration between the administration, teaching staff, and parents. This ensures a stable social climate.
The CEM0 focuses on the second pillar on excellence and individualized monitoring of teachers by trainers from the Regional Center for Education Personnel Training (CRFPE) as part of strengthening the skills of the teaching staff.
Finally, the third pillar of this management model focuses on the ecological dimension, encouraging reforestation and sanitation to provide a healthy and green study environment.
This holistic approach allows the CEM of Ndiama Pakao to establish itself as a true lever for local development, transforming rural constraints into educational opportunities.
As part of extracurricular activities, a 1,000 m² garden has been created within the school grounds by the management board. It is managed by the parents' association. The harvests allow the women to improve the school cafeteria menu daily, supply the village market with vegetables, and improve their financial situation, explains Principal Mbengue.
