Patrouille nocturne à Saly : Deux suspects arrêtés avec de l’ecstasy par la BR
Two individuals were arrested by the Saly research brigade, under the Mbour gendarmerie company, following a night patrol that led to the seizure of ecstasy tablets. This occurred on the night of February 27-28.
While on patrol in the Saly Carrefour district, the gendarmes were intrigued by the suspicious behavior of two young men riding a Jakarta motorcycle in an isolated alley without street lighting.
When questioned for identity verification, B. Tine and L. Diouf were subjected to a body search. This led to the discovery of six ecstasy tablets, commonly known as "volets" or "souss," concealed on B. Tine, according to Seneweb sources close to the prosecutor's office.
When questioned about the origin of the drugs, he admitted to being the owner. He also implicated a certain "Bamba," presented as his main supplier.
An investigation has been launched to locate and apprehend this alleged suspect.
At the end of the investigation, the two accused were brought before the Mbour High Court yesterday, Tuesday.
