Opérations de sécurisation : Plus de 400 personnes interpellées par la police
On the night of September 26-27, 2025, the National Police conducted extensive security operations across the country as part of its policy to combat delinquency and crime in all its forms. These coordinated actions were supervised by Ndiarra Sène, Director of Public Security (DSP). A total of 408 people were arrested for various reasons.
These include, among others, 272 individuals for identity verification, 59 for public and obvious drunkenness, 30 for investigation requirements, two for possession and trafficking of Indian hemp, five for possession and use of Indian hemp, three for collective use of Indian hemp, five for use of cellulosic products, one for destruction of property belonging to others, one for rebellion and contempt of an officer in the exercise of his duties, two for brawl on the public highway, three for possession of a knife, two for pimping, three for vagrancy, one for fraud, one for sexual harassment, another for breach of trust, one for receiving stolen goods, five for criminal association, one woman for failure to register in the health and social register, two for active soliciting on the public highway, four for violence against a relative, one for attempted theft, three for flagrant theft and one for simple theft, according to Seneweb sources.
The police also seized 2.5 kg, 11 cones, and a joint of Indian hemp. Forty-six vehicles and 89 motorcycles were impounded, 855 administrative documents were also seized, and fixed fines totaling 1,137,000 CFA francs were imposed.
These results illustrate the determination of the national police to strengthen the security of the population and to deter all forms of crime.
Our sources report that such security operations will be regularly repeated in order to ensure public peace and effectively combat crime.

Si vous faites ça a chaque semaines pendant 6 mois la délinquance diminuera,et l'efficacité d'une brigade ou un commissariat ne se mesure pas par le nombre d'arrestation ou d'infractions plutôt la rareté du fait de l'anticipation.pour vous dire c'est facile les banlieues faudra tous nettoyer les zones hyper,aussi les boîtes de nuits,les matchs de navetanes lettre seulement les gmi et la légion lgi.
Hier sa niece a ete agresse, couteau sur la gorge et tout a ete vole. C est un endroit connu de tous a la foret de keur Massar. C est ahurissant comment en plein jour des choses pareilles peuvent se passer. Que fait la police et la gendarmerie sinon aller a la chasse aux chauffeurs.
