This concerns the blacksmith ED, who had his workshop at the Moussanté market. The man, married and originally from Pout, was taken under heavy guard to the Keur Massar BR (Brigade de Recherches - Research Brigade), where he was placed in police custody.
He is the second person arrested in the railway town. Last Tuesday, the Thiès police arrested a suspect who was HIV-positive and worked in a public place. The following day (Wednesday), CAG was transferred to Dakar.
His arrest came just days after his wedding. He had even invited his wife to spend Ramadan with him. Unfortunately for him, the HIV-positive man will not have the chance to consummate his marriage.
