The police station in the Unit 15 district of Parcelles-Assainies arrested a man on November 6, 2025, who had been harassing a married woman by sending her indecent messages and pornographic content via WhatsApp. The man, who operated through a shoe sales group, confessed to being a repeat offender.

It all started with a complaint from an exasperated victim. For several days, this married woman had been bombarded with indecent messages from a stranger on WhatsApp. The individual regularly sent her pornographic images and videos. Worse, the harasser claimed to be acting on behalf of a third party, with the stated goal of destroying her marriage. He even went so far as to suggest intimate encounters in hotels or hostels.

In her complaint, the victim described the situation as "outrageous, offensive, and persistent," stating that the harassment had become unbearable on a daily basis, both for her and her husband. She was convinced that this individual was deliberately trying to harm her family.

This is how the investigators from the Unit 15 police station continued their investigation. The suspect was finally apprehended at the market.

When questioned about the charges against him, the man readily admitted his guilt. He revealed that he had obtained his victim's phone number from a WhatsApp group called "Serigne MM Shoes Groups".

Even more disturbing, the troublemaker admitted to being a regular user of these deviant practices. He told investigators that he sometimes encountered women who accepted his indecent proposals.

He was taken into custody for offenses against public decency and for the illegal collection and distribution of pornographic material. The investigation is ongoing.
