While the investigation into the Pape Cheikh Diallo case and its associates, which has already resulted in 100 arrests, continues, the research brigade of the Keur Massar gendarmerie company has dismantled a new network of suspected homosexuals in Yenne, in the Rufisque department. A suspect was apprehended by a crowd and handed over to the local Yenne gendarmerie brigade.

Idrissa Camara, a resident of Yoff, was hired as a security guard at a house in Yenne. The 31-year-old suspect approached a man and invited him to his home for sexual relations. The man confided in some neighbors, who advised him to accept the invitation.

He was handed over to the local police station in Yenne, which transferred him to the Keur Massar Criminal Investigation Brigade (BR), which has sophisticated equipment and experienced investigators for criminal investigations.

In his official statement, Camara admitted to the charges against him. He also revealed the identities of three of his partners with whom he had sexual relations.

In his confessions, he explained that he was initiated into homosexuality by a young man on Yoff beach.

At the end of the investigation, the alleged homosexual was presented to prosecutor Cheikh Diakhoumpa for association of criminals, acts against nature and endangering the life of others, among other charges.

The head of the Rufisque prosecutor's office requested the opening of a judicial investigation. Idrissa Camara was charged and then remanded in custody by the investigating judge of the first chamber. The latter sent a judicial delegation to the Keur Massar Criminal Investigation Brigade to arrest anyone involved in this case.
