Injures publiques dans un bus Tata et Cbv : Un laveur de véhicules envoyé en prison après un refus de payer 100 FCFA
On Friday, January 16, 2026, S. Ndiaye, a 29-year-old car washer residing in Cité Lamy, appeared before the Thiès Magistrates' Court. He is being prosecuted for public insults against Ms. M. Diouf, a conductor on a city bus.
The incident occurred on a TATA bus traveling between the Nguinth roundabout and the Thiès industrial park. According to the prosecution, the defendant boarded the bus without having the 100 FCFA fare. When the conductor asked him to pay, he hurled insults at her in front of all the passengers.
The incident then escalated. S. Ndiaye is also being prosecuted for assaulting a third party, A. Fall, causing injuries that resulted in a ten-day temporary incapacity for work (ITT).
At the conclusion of the proceedings, the public prosecutor determined that the facts were consistent and sufficiently established. Consequently, the prosecution requested a one-month prison sentence, with fifteen days to be served, for the defendant.
The judge found him guilty and sentenced him to one month in prison.

Je serais étonné de savoir combien d'usagers présents dans le bus avaient un ticket de transport. Quant au "blessé" sûrement chômeur de sont état avec un arrêt de travail de 10 jours ....RIRES !
