QNET non impliquée dans l’affaire présumée de fraude et de résidence irrégulière à Saly, Sénégal
QNET formally denies any involvement in the recently reported case in Saly-Carrefour, Senegal, involving alleged fraud and illegal residency related to its brand name. Contrary to media reports, the individuals arrested are not authorized representatives of QNET and acted entirely independently.
QNET operates strictly in accordance with Senegalese laws and does not participate in or encourage any illegal activities, including "recruitment" schemes promising unrealistic financial gains or demanding payments in exchange for employment opportunities. Our business model is based on globally recognized direct selling, where Independent Distributors voluntarily purchase our products and promote them through legitimate channels.
“We are aware that some unauthorized individuals are using the QNET name to defraud members of the public. As a responsible company, we condemn these acts in the strongest possible terms and are working closely with law enforcement to bring the perpetrators to justice,” said Biram Fall, Regional Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa. “QNET does not offer employment, visas, or guaranteed income in exchange for payment. Any claims to this effect made in our name are false and fraudulent.”
To protect the public against such scams, QNET launched the “QNET Against Scams” campaign in Senegal, aimed at raising awareness against scams using false identities.
We continue to work collaboratively with local authorities and encourage the public to report any suspicious activity via:
● WhatsApp: +233 2566 30005
● Email: network.integrity@qnet.net
QNET also has a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior. In 2024, we took 298 disciplinary actions against individuals who misrepresented our company (210 suspensions and 88 terminations). In 2025, 81 actions have already been taken in Sub-Saharan Africa.
We call on the public to remain vigilant, to verify the authenticity of any opportunity claiming to be from QNET, and to only trust the information disseminated on our official platforms: africa.qnet.net
