Retard de paiement des pécules des ASP : La Direction générale présente ses excuses et appelle à la régularisation des comptes mobiles
Since the adoption of mobile payment via the SEN TRESOR platform, malfunctions have been noted in the payment of allowances intended for local security assistants (ASP), particularly for the months of July and August 2025.
According to the Treasury's explanations, these incidents are mainly due to problems identifying phone numbers associated with mobile payment accounts (particularly Orange Money and Wave). In other words, the phone chips registered in the agents' names do not always match the information provided when setting up transfers.
In light of this situation, the ASP General Management apologizes to the affected agents. It also urges them to urgently contact the official representatives of the mobile operators concerned in order to update or regularize their chip identification, an essential condition for the smooth processing of payments.
The General Directorate also specifies that it is working in close collaboration with the Treasury services to resolve the difficulties encountered and restore the payment of allowances as quickly as possible.
