Situation hydrologique du fleuve Sénégal : la tendance est stationnaire à Podor
This Tuesday, October 4, 2025, at 8 a.m., the level of the Senegal River, measured at the Podor gauge on the El Hadji Boubou Sall quay, is at 5.84 m. A situation consistent with that recorded yesterday, Monday, at the same time: the trend is therefore stationary.
At the same time last year, the river level was 5.75 m, a difference of 9 cm.
As a reminder, the alert level set at 5m for Podor has been exceeded since September 14, 2025. Local authorities are therefore calling on the population to be cautious and vigilant.
