Tabaski 2026 : Le message de l'ancien Premier ministre Amadou Ba
“On the occasion of Tabaski, celebrated throughout Senegal and the Muslim world, I extend my warmest thoughts to the entire Muslim community and to all Senegalese families.” This is the message addressed to the Senegalese people by former Prime Minister Amadou Ba, president of the New Responsibility / Jamm-ji party, on the occasion of the celebration of Eid al-Adha 2026.
“This festival, deeply rooted in our religious tradition, reminds us of the values of faith, sacrifice and sharing that occupy an essential place in our society. It also remains a time for transmission, reflection and bringing families closer together,” he continued.
The former Prime Minister, wishing everyone a happy Tabaski festival, also offered prayers: "In a context marked by numerous concerns, may these days of communion further strengthen the spirit of solidarity and the attachment to what unites us as a Nation."
