Thiès : Des centaines de vaches errantes dictent leur loi dans les rues
Stray cows in every nook and cranny of the city of Thiès. A recurring phenomenon that the city has been facing for several years now, in the face of "total indifference from the competent authorities who seem to let it happen, as if it were the most normal thing in the world.
Residents of the city "with two stations" are denouncing a long-standing and worrying phenomenon of people wandering on public roads, which intensifies in the morning and evening, regularly causing panic and disruption to traffic, endangering motorists and pedestrians.
Cattle wandering on busy roads, sometimes resulting in scenes of chaos that are now recurring, causing traffic jams, businesses closing as a precaution, and frightened residents raising concerns about the risks to their safety and traffic.
It should be noted, however, that so far no serious incidents have been reported with this phenomenon.

Là-bas c’est un zoo ouvert.
C’est à l’image du pays où l’anarchie et le bordel sont partout.
Un pays sans état ne peut être qu’ainsi.
