Street vendor A. Djiba is being prosecuted for the theft of two cell phones. He is accused by the plaintiff, C. Fall. The 25-year-old defendant, who was drunk, broke into the plaintiff's home at 9:00 a.m. and stole two cell phones. He was arrested and remanded in custody.
