Thiès : La population de Diassap privée d’eau depuis une semaine
Diassap, a village on the outskirts of the Thiès-Nord municipality, on the road to Tivaouane, is thirsty. For a week now, the local population has been without water. The situation has become unbearable, to the point that all the leading figures of the city of Thiès-Nord, known for its two train stations, are standing with the residents of this locality and are urgently calling on the relevant authorities—the mayor, the governor, and the prefect—to intervene.
"We can no longer wait: the residents are suffering and immediate solutions are needed," the population cries, demanding that public services take responsibility.
