Touba : Un enfant de 10 ans et un handicapé victimes d'abus sexuels, deux talibés de 16 et 19 ans déférés
A sex scandal has rocked the Daroul Habib Koranic school, located in the Dianatou Mahwa district of Touba. Students at the school are suspected of having committed unnatural acts against several of their classmates.
The denunciation that started it all
It all began with a complaint from Ms. SD, whose 10-year-old son, CD, was allegedly sexually abused at his Koranic school. At the request of investigators, a medical report was drawn up. Its conclusions were unequivocal: the victim presented signs of recent trauma to the anal margin, consistent with possible anal penetration.
Acting on this report, the gendarmes of the Research Brigade (BR) of the Touba company conducted a surprise raid on the establishment. Several suspects, including a boarding school supervisor, were arrested for questioning.
The investigation reveals that two other children, MM and FD, were also victims of systematic sexual abuse. Their vulnerability, young age, and, in the case of one of them, hearing and speech impairment, facilitated their being manipulated, according to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb.
The two suspects, BS Samb, 19, and A. Sène, 16, allegedly exploited their positions of authority and seniority within the school to create a climate of terror and submission. The acts, legally classified as unnatural acts, were committed repeatedly on school premises, primarily at night or during periods of imposed isolation.
The alleged perpetrators used threats and intimidation to ensure the children's silence. In total, three victims have been identified.
At the conclusion of the investigation, the two individuals involved were brought before the prosecutor at the Diourbel High Court. According to Seneweb sources close to the prosecutor's office, they are being prosecuted for acts against nature and endangering the lives of others. Further arrests are expected in the coming days.
