Une fillette de 2 ans applaudit sa mère en pleins ébats : L'incroyable histoire de la femme mariée, de son amant et de la vidéo...
I. Diagne, 35, a livestock farmer residing in Yeumbeul on the Boune road, appeared this Monday before the Pikine-Guédiawaye court for flagrant offenses, charged with the illegal collection of personal data and offering or distributing it in a manner contrary to public morals. According to the prosecution, he had filmed his sexual encounters with Ms. Diop, a married woman, in front of her daughter, who was under two years old. After several months, the young man blackmailed the young woman with the video, in which her daughter appeared, demanding money.
In the recording, the innocent little girl was applauding her mother during sexual activity. Mr. Diop filed a complaint with the Special Cybersecurity Division (DSC). As a result, I. Diagne was arrested and taken into custody today for the illegal collection and dissemination of personal data concerning an infant, blackmail, and corruption of a minor for exposing a child under two years old to sexual acts.
When questioned, the plaintiff, Mr. Diop, stated that the events dated back to November 2025. She maintained that she was not lucid at the time and that Mr. Diagne filmed her without her knowledge. For his part, Mr. Diagne maintains that the act was consensual.
At the conclusion of the preliminary investigation, I. Diagne was brought before Prosecutor Saliou Dicko. The head of the prosecutor's office at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court also requested that Ms. M. Diop, 21 years old, be brought before the court for inciting minors to debauchery.
On April 9, 2026, I. Diagne was placed under arrest warrant while M. Diop benefited from provisional release.
"We were a couple"
In court, the defendant, I. Diagne, admitted to the charges against him. He stated that he was in a relationship with the young married woman. "We were seeing each other. She herself gave me her cell phone so I could film our sexual encounters," I. Diagne confessed. The judge reminded him that a USB drive containing the video had been added to the case file and that the child appeared in the footage.
When questioned, Mr. Diop, who appeared in court as a free man, denied giving his co-defendant permission to film the scene. She accused I. Diagne of drugging her before sexually assaulting her in front of her daughter. "It was 2 a.m., he came into my room to borrow a phone charger. Then he gave me a can of beer. I drank it and lost consciousness. He also brandished a knife before sexually assaulting me while filming me in front of my daughter. Afterward, he sent me the video, blackmailing me for money," the young woman recounted. She claims she didn't file a complaint initially because she wanted to save her marriage. I. Diagne's lawyer countered with messages they exchanged until 4 a.m. The woman maintained her denials, refuting any romantic relationship.
In his observations, the public prosecutor noted that the incriminating video was filmed with the girl's cell phone, and she had given him the unlock code. After the sexual encounter, the girl ordered a Yango (a local drink) for the boy to go home. The prosecution requested that the criminal law be applied.
I. Diagne's lawyer argued for his outright acquittal. According to the lawyer, Mr. Diop had led his client to believe she was divorced. The defense maintained that the woman had consented to their sexual encounter being filmed by handing over her cell phone passcode.
The case is adjourned for deliberation until April 15, 2026.
