Licenciement abusif de travailleurs de Talix Mines : Mbaye Dione interpelle le Ministre du Travail
“Mr. Minister, your predecessor in this department, Mr. Abass Fall, the current Mayor of Dakar, answered my written questions regarding the unfair dismissal of workers at Talix Mines, a subsidiary of the Bara Tall Group.”
"which has a basalt quarry in my commune, Ngoundiane. Talix Mines had unjustly dismissed more than 60 workers who had filed a complaint with the Thies Labour Inspectorate."
It was in these terms that the Member of Parliament and Mayor of Ngoundiane, Mbaye Dione, addressed the competent authority during the examination of the 2026 draft budget for the Ministry of Public Service, Labor, and Public Service Reform. The parliamentarian continued: "The Minister of Labor responded to me, providing evidence that this dismissal did not comply with all legal procedures."
But, the Secretary General of the Alliance of Progressive Forces (AFP) protests, "despite the Minister's response last September regarding the failure to comply with the dismissal procedure, this company still refuses to integrate the workers and pay them their compensation."
Therefore, Mbaye Dione then asked the minister to "use your sovereign power so that these workers recover what is owed to them."

On ne leur pardonnera jamais ça. Plusieurs sont licenciés abusivement dautres ont démissionner.
Ils n'ont qu'à payer et ils sont pas les seul.beaucoup de jeunes travailleurs sénégalais sont victimes.ces abus doivent vraiment cesser
