Vidéos à contenu salace : une tiktokeuse déférée une deuxième fois
Ndouka Kane, better known by her TikTok handles "Foutanké bi" and Snapchat handles "Aliciakane," has been referred to the public prosecutor's office again by the Special Cybersecurity Division (DSC). This arrest follows the dissemination of two videos with salacious content on social media.
According to Libération, which relayed the information, this is the second time the young woman has been brought to justice for similar offenses. Last April, she was already sentenced to one month in prison for speeches deemed contrary to public decency.
This new case concerns two separate videos. The first, dated August 26, is said to be a virulent response to an internet user, Alassane Ndoye, alias "New York," who allegedly posted photos of his underage daughter accompanied by violent remarks. The second, older video, is said to stem from a dispute with Yasmina Ndoye, alias "Ndèye Fatou kani sadame," who allegedly publicly insulted her on TikTok, the same source explains.
Interviewed and quoted by the newspaper, Ndouka Kane claimed to have acted in anger and asked for clemency from the courts, although she faces charges similar to those that had already landed her in prison.
