Yang-Yang : Un étudiant de l’UCAD meurt dans un accident au retour du Gamou de Mboula
A student from Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD), named Pape Séwane and aged about 22, lost his life in a traffic accident that occurred yesterday Sunday, around 10 a.m., on the Kamb-Mboula section, in the district of Yang-Yang (department of Linguère).
Returning from the Gamou of Mboula, the 4x4 vehicle in which the victim was traveling skidded and then overturned.
The student's body was taken to the morgue at the Élisabeth Diouf Health Center in Dahra by firefighters. It should be noted that this newly constructed 14-km section of road between Kamb and Mboula had been opened during the Gamou of Mboula to facilitate the movement of pilgrims.
