Yang Yang : Les mystères autour de la mort tragique d'un commerçant retrouvé pendu près de chez lui
A gruesome discovery has plunged the village of Walandé, located in the commune of Téssékéré (Linguère department), into shock. A 32-year-old shopkeeper named Aliou Ba was found dead, hanging from a tree about 300 meters from the village.
It was his cousin, Gallo Ba, who made the grim discovery before alerting the other family members. According to his testimony, the deceased had taken out the prayer mats for the evening prayer around 7:00 PM. However, after leading the prayer, Gallo Ba realized the victim was no longer there. He immediately inquired with the deceased's father, who also stated that he had not seen him.
Without wasting any time, Gallo Ba began his search. It was just a few meters from the houses that he finally discovered the body of Aliou Ba, hanging from a tree.
Alerted to the situation, the territorial gendarmerie of Yang-Yang, the chief nurse of the Téssékéré health post and the firefighters immediately went to the scene to carry out the first usual investigations.
The body was removed and taken to the morgue at the Elisabeth Diouf Health Center in Dahra. An investigation has been launched by law enforcement to determine the exact causes and circumstances of the young shopkeeper's tragic death.
