Zale Mbaye arrêté : il y a 11 ans, l’affaire du «mariage gay»...
Arrested in Nioro following an arrest warrant issued by the Keur Massar Research Brigade (BR), TikToker Saliou Mbaye, alias Zale Mbaye, is suspected of being a member of the network of Pape Cheikh Diallo, Djiby Dramé and Co., arrested notably for unnatural acts and voluntary transmission of HIV.
The Observer notes that this is not the first time the influencer has been embroiled in a case related to homosexuality. Along with TikToker Nogaye Kara, he was sentenced last March to one year in prison, three months of which were suspended, for illegal data collection and obscene language. They had accused a shopkeeper of being a prostitute carrying HIV, the same virus that is now at the heart of the accusations against him.
The TikToker's latest arrest has revived memories of the Kaolack case in December 2015, when eleven men were arrested for an alleged same-sex wedding celebration at the Ibrahima Diouf high school. Zale Mbaye was among them. After three days in custody, the case was ultimately dismissed due to lack of evidence, as reported by the newspaper of the Future Media Group.
