Championnats d’Afrique de pétanque : Le Sénégal sacré en doublette
Senegal has once again shone on the continental stage, winning the African doubles championship title against Mauritania in the final (13-7). A resounding victory achieved thanks to the performances of Ciré Lamine Kane, a member of Saly Bouliste, and Lamine Sow, a player for Mermoz Pétanque.
The victory had barely been celebrated when a new battle began. The triples competitions started this morning with 19 countries participating. Senegal, the reigning African champion in this category, after its success in 2024 in Marrakech, Morocco, will attempt to retain its crown and confirm its dominance on the continent.
