Barrages aller Ligue des champions : Galatasaray et Ismail Jakobs prennent une sérieuse option face à la Juve
The first leg of the Champions League playoffs began on Tuesday. In Istanbul, Galatasaray, with Ismail Jakobs in the starting lineup, hosted Juventus in a highly anticipated clash. The match turned in favor of the Turks, who delivered an impressive attacking performance (5-2). Galatasaray opened the scoring thanks to Gabriel Sara (15th minute), before conceding two goals in quick succession, scored by Koopmeiners (16th and 32nd minutes), allowing Juventus to take a temporary lead.
After returning from the locker room, the Istanbul side completely turned the game around. Noa Lang scored twice (49th, 74th), while Davinson Sánchez (60th) and Sacha Boey (86th) added to the scoreline.
Thanks to this large victory (5-2), Galatasaray takes a very serious option for qualification to the round of 16 before the return match.
