Brésil - Sénégal : un choc XXL en préparation pour novembre
After England were beaten 3-1 in a friendly last June, talks are underway to organize a prestigious friendly match between Senegal and Brazil during the November international break. According to reports relayed by Afrik-Foot, an agreement has already been reached for the match to be held in England, likely at the Emirates Stadium, on November 14 or 15.
This would be the third meeting between the two teams: after a draw (1-1) in Singapore in 2019, the Lions created a sensation by beating the Seleçao (2-4) in Lisbon in 2023.
The specialist newspaper Record, citing a source close to the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF), confirms the negotiations. However, the holding of this match depends on Senegal's direct qualification for the 2026 World Cup in October, as the November window would be used for the play-offs in the event of non-qualification.
In addition to this prestigious match, Senegal is expected to play another friendly match in November, probably against an African team, as part of its preparation for the 2025 African Cup of Nations scheduled for December.

Personnellement, je ne vois aucun intérêt du moment pour ce match. Après avoir battu une équipe européenne et une équipe sud américaine, il fallait aller vers une équipe asiatique Japon où Corée ou tout au moyen une équipe de l'Europe scandinave genre Suède, Danemark ou Norvège ou même une équipe nord africain genre Tunisie, Egypte, Algérie ou Maroc. Le Brésil juste une revanche pour le Brésil, à quoi ça sert vraiment !
Tout à fait. Surtout que nous avons souvent du mal face au Japon contre lequel nous avons, probablement, le plus joué ces dernières années.
