CAN Maroc 2025 : vives tensions entre Luca Zidane et Osimhen après l’élimination de l’Algérie

The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final between Algeria and Nigeria ended in a tense atmosphere. Defeated 2-0 on Saturday in Marrakech, the Fennecs left the competition frustrated, while the Super Eagles secured their place in the semi-finals. But beyond the result, the end of the match was marred by a mass altercation, notably involving Luca Zidane and Victor Osimhen.

On the pitch, Algeria never truly found a way to break down Nigeria's powerful side. After a balanced first half, Nigeria made the difference immediately after the restart. Victor Osimhen opened the scoring before Akor Adams doubled the lead a few minutes later. These goals sealed the match and propelled the Super Eagles into the semi-finals, where they will face the host nation, Morocco, next Wednesday at the Rabat stadium.

Despite the defeat, the Algerians left the pitch deeply disappointed. This frustration was evident at the final whistle. A scuffle broke out between several players from both sides. Ramy Bensebaïni initially tried to restrain Anis Hadj Moussa, who was ready to fight a Nigerian opponent.

It was then that Luca Zidane intervened to try and calm Victor Osimhen, who was visibly very excited after the victory. But the masked Nigerian striker did not appreciate the Algerian goalkeeper's intervention. The two men quickly clashed, exchanging words before being separated by their teammates and the staff of both teams.

An incident that marred the end of the match, even though Nigeria can savor its qualification and now look ahead to a highly anticipated clash against Morocco in the semi-finals of this AFCON 2025.

Seul les nars racistes sont entrain de critiquer osimhen le plus grand joueur du monde il joue en Turquie parce qu'il est bien payé et se sent à l'aise dans ce pays musulman. Les collabos renégats nar et quelques traîtres goorjigën sénégalais n'aiment pas osimhen qui n'a rien à foutre de leur sale misérable vie.
