Group B came to an end this Saturday. Madagascar will join Tanzania in the quarterfinals. On this fifth and final day, the Malagasy side beat Burkina Faso (2-1). Thanks to this victory, Madagascar (2nd, 7 pts) is ahead of Mauritania (3rd, 7 pts) on goal difference (+2 against +1).
Already qualified before this final match, Tanzania (1st, 10pts) conceded a draw against the Central African Republic (0-0).
