Demi-finale CHAN : Madagascar crucifie le Soudan et s’envole vers la finale
Sensational Madagascar! Reduced to ten men in the 79th minute, the Barea achieved the feat of qualifying for the CHAN final by beating Sudan after extra time. Just four days after eliminating the host country, Kenya (1-1, 4 pens to 3), Madagascar once again caused a surprise by winning against Sudan (1-0).
Toky Niaina secured victory for his team by scoring the only goal of the match in the 116th minute. This historic victory means Madagascar has reached a CHAN final for the first time and will face the winner of the other semi-final between Senegal and Morocco.
